Last week i was on a job assignment to Sibu. It was my first time to East Malaysia. I was therefore feeling kind of excited before i go. As it was on short notice, the moment i go home, i need to pack up, shower then sleep as i have to be at the airport at 6something to collect and pay for my ticket! However, its all COOL for me as i love adventures!

Sibu actually reminds me of my hometown in Johor, Batu Pahat. Not many tall buildings, mainly mini-markets other than hypermarkets, taxi which doesn't use their meter, friendly folks, mandarin speaking and nice food! It's a peaceful little town.

Overall, i enjoyed this trip to Sarawak. The assignment was quite exciting as well. Oh did i mention, Sibu is really H.O.T! and their air-con doesn't seem to be working well. It's also a good place to buy C.Ds and D.V.Ds (if you know what i mean) very good price! I wouldn't mind going there for job assignment again!!!
