Apparently, these are actually prints on the skirts to make it look as if the panties are visible and these are the current rage in Japan.
OMG..Can't Imagine any girl would wear this in Malaysia!!! especially in JB..with all the gang rape there...HIGHLY INADVISABLE!!! *Faint*
