Beijing Business Trip Oct 08- Peking Duck

This dish is a must have when you go to Beijing!

Checked with the receptionist at the hotel of where to go for good Peking Duck and they recommended a few. Quan Ju De is one of them and it is the nearest to my hotel, just 10 mins walk away from my hotel.

after you finished your meal, they will give you this certificate to let you know that you just had their No.[ ] duck.

I had half of the duck by myself which costs RMB99. I would think that its a bit too much but no choice because I was alone in Beijing. Two people to half a duck would be just nice. There are also many duck dishes that I weren't able to try. The skin of the duck is very crispy and it was roasted nicely. The skin smell nice and addictive as you would keep on eating it once you tasted the first one. There aren't a lot of meat because you are suppose to focus on the duck skin instead of the meat itself.

I would definitely want to try the other famous Peking Duck place in Beijing next time I return.
