Today i was invited to attend one of my ex colleague's wedding reception at Carcosa Seri Negara. I was excited as this is only the second wedding that i was invited. Visited the website before i go..

My master brought his 6months old son Baby Max to the reception...Baby Max is SUPER DUPER adorable! He is not afraid of strangers and smilling the whole time! I want to have a baby like Baby Max too...aw..

Call Day : Admission to the Malaysian Bar 05 Oct 06

On thursday, i was finally called to the Malaysian Bar, meaning i am already a lawyer in Malaysia!

These 9 months have been quite a journey, i think i have learnt a lot and proud to say that i am a grown up now~! hehe...

I was excited and nervous the night before, thinking whether the event will go on smoothly.

Went to the Court at 8.30am to check if everything is in order. I was excited the whole day! All the efforts for 9 months haven't gone wasted. I am glad that i did my parents proud!

Even though we are not as rich as uncle, we have lived our life in our own way. Ups and downs, tears and laughters, i am glad that we are a family!There are still a long way to go, i hope that we will continue to support each other in every possible way and be a loving family forever. Too bad my brother couldn't make it to this event, but he is always with us. He is coming home soon for holiday, i can't wait for the whole family to be together again!

After the event, i went back to WP..to thank everyone in the firm. I received a nice bouquet of flowers from my Master. He gave it to me personally. I can actually see him blushing a lil when he was handling the flowers to me! haha..so sweet of him..

Another stage of my life will begins in November..For now i just wanna relax and enjoy to the fullest!

Michael Wong 光良 Concert at Stadium Putra, Bukit Jalil

On Sunday night, my mom, my sister and i went to watch Michael Wong in concert. We got free tickets from our relatives, i was excited to watch yet another concert after JJ Lin's concert in Genting on 1st July 2006. The concert starts at 8pm, so we went there at around 7.45pm. Upon entering the stadium, we were checked by the security guard. I didn't realise that we are not supposed to bring any camera or recording equipment into the concert. However, the security guard who checked my bag just did a rough scan and didn't even realised i have a camera in my bag. Phew....luckily....if not i wouldn't be able to take pics and record those songs that i like.

We were given a small booklet about the concert, which i think its very thoughtful of the organisers.

Sorry as i am sitting at upper tier i can't take really good pictures...this is the best i can do already!

I have friend who commented that this concert is too bland...but to me, i think what he is trying to bring to his fans is his voice. He is indeed a very talented artist, composed so many songs so far and he can sing so well. His voice touches my heart when he sang some of the songs...No doubt this concert may be too simple, but i think his fans like him that way...his love songs and the sincerity in his voice..

There wasn't any fancy stage performance, but there he was, singing his soul,heart and feelings out, and i think this is already very satisfying for his supporters.

Personally i would give this concert 80/100...!

My Cousin's daughter 2yr Old Bday Party

Last Sunday our whole family was invited to attend my cousin's daughter's bday party. Last year when she was one year old, the party was held inside the Times Square Theme Park and this year its held in Bukit Kiara Country Club.


The Hall was decorated with pretty baloons. There's small tables for kids invited that day as well.

Decision Made; No Turning Back

I have just made one of the toughest decision in my life. Somehow i am kind of glad that i have managed to decide finally because it has been troubling me since i stopped working in Wong&Partners.Yes, i have made decision as to my next destination, my next law firm! i have chosen Shook Lin n Bok as my next destination.

I thank everyone who has advised me throughout my decision making process. It is indeed a very tough process. At times i try to escape the process by just watching korean/hk drama non stop. But still..the day has come...My offer from Shook Lin actually expires today...if i don't accept it, it will be gone. I have consulted Gary, and Gary's view is that Shook Lin has a good corporate team and i will definitely learn a lot from there.

Then..some might ask..what has happen to my SIA air stewardress dream??? When i think about this, part of me actually feel sad. I feel sad because i am not brave enough to pursue my dream, i am afraid of leaving this comfortable environment and the risks involved ie i might not like being an air stewardress. However, now i can proudly tell myself that i have actually been to the interview and i am one step away from becoming one.

I need to put that behind me because i have to move on. I will have to give practising one more chance, that's why i need put that part of me behind, or lock it deep inside my heart. I hope this firm doesn't dissapoint me and it will be a satisfying experience. Overall, i think i have made the best decision for myself, this time i followed my mind and not my heart. I tell myself i shall work hard for the next three years and then try to fulfil my passion of travelling.

Wish me luck my dear friends...! You will still see me around unfortunately hehe....
